A BRIEF HISTORY,
In my former life I was a chef, developing a massive passion for all things food and working an insane amount of hours learning the craft under some very talented chefs in my town! during that time nothing mattered but becoming the best chef that I could become! in that time i learned to be focused, driven and developed a hyper sense of attention to detail!
a few years ago, a major seafood distributor rep saw THE phone pics of my specials on Instagram and asked if I'd be interested in taking images AND DEVELOP RECIPES of a new line of products they were about to launch! i quickly went out and bought my first DSLR camera and here we are!
